The LBC is a great, new spot in Lexington, KY that offers a variety of baked goods along with your favorite coffee creations. The front space is a cozy cafe and the back is a shared commercial kitchen space designed with bakers in mind. We fill the bakery cases in the cafe with fresh treats from the local bakers in the back. Stop by to see what we’ve got in the case today!

Joining the Lexington Baking Collective as a Baker gets you access to our baking space as well as the bakery case in the cafe. Your rent gets you 24/7 access to the kitchen and an opportunity for your baked goods to be in the cafe case for all of the amazing LBC community! It’s a shared space unlike anything else in Lexington!

To the customer, the LBC works just like a normal cafe. Stop in, get some coffee and fill a box with some delicious baked goods, and enjoy.
From a Baker’s (Collective Member) standpoint, the kitchen space is shared and offers a commercial kitchen opportunity. All independent sales/events still belong to the Baker. The LBC cafe will offer a sales opportunity to that baker through the bakery case.
