Spread the Message, Not the Mess

The Lexington Baking Collective was founded in 2026 by three business baking friends: Joe from Futile Bakery, Erika from Hound & Horse Bakery, and Adam from Dahlhus Fudge. Their goal was simple - create a space for bakers, owned by bakers, built for the community.

In addition, they all sought something better for themselves that can only be found when we lift each other up. They each wanted a better work/life balance and that’s not something you have often in small business. However, through the LBC, they’re each able to balance the hectic schedules of running a small business together all while helping lift up other local bakers by giving them space, opportunity, and coaching when asked.

This is just the beginning for the Lexington Baking Collective. With rotating bakers in the shared kitchen space, there’s no end to what you can see in the case. We’d love to see you at the Collective soon!
